Upfront payment were taken from my account but no email confirmation. This happened to me now and I checked my all the mails junks, everything. wha to do now?

If you've paid something upfront for an order with us, has the payment been taken or is it still showing as pending?

If it has been taken from your bank account, then please call us directly so we can check what stage things are at.
