    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I ordered my Esim three days ago, and I got a confirmation email but that is all, no Esim, no option for anything in the EE app, I cannot contact through phone and I've been trying to get the live chat to work but it never pops up ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just need someone to please check my order&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service teams&lt;/A&gt; are open as usual today, so I'm not too sure why you're struggling to speak to someone about your order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SIM cards or eSIM Packs tend to take 3-5 working days to arrive through the post, so I wouldn't expect you to have this just yet with it being the festive period.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try and call us again so we can double check your order details.&lt;/P&gt;
