      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why do I keep getting this message no matter what I try to do in my EE account? &lt;P&gt;Does the same error show when using the app and your &lt;A href="https://id.ee.co.uk/id/login" target="_blank"&gt;main online account&lt;/A&gt;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;How long has your broadband been set up for? Is it a new connection and have you only just set up the online account?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it's been almost two months since I've been an EE customer, &amp;nbsp;I maked the profile 2 months ago. No matter where I try - the website or the app, the output is the same! Or some kind of error or this from the picture.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
