      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4642918"&gt;@courtneytupperx&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Is this for a new contract with EE ? &amp;nbsp;If it is did you receive a email requesting you to call customer support? &amp;nbsp;If you did and didn’t call the order will be cancelled. &amp;nbsp;If you have failed the credit check your order will be cancelled. &amp;nbsp;You’ll be refunded within 7-10 days ( national holidays may increase that timeframe ) &amp;nbsp; But only customer support can really answer this question for you. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
