so i made a purchase last week monday for a pay monthly phone and they said i couldn’t have it cus something declined but they still took my money, they said they’d refund me but im just wondering when that refund will come back into my bank account? it’s still pending and i would really need it by this friday

i’m sorry if this is annoying to answer, but i’m dumb lol, this also happened to me, i made the purchase on monday last week, and if you’re saying 7-10 business days, does that mean i can hypothetically get the money by this friday? or would it be next week monday i would deffo get it

Hi @hellopookie.

Never annoying to answer.

I believe this will be depend on the time, I would say the money will definitely be with you next Monday, however, there is the chance of this being refunded this week.

Hi @hellopookie.

I have replied to your other post, however, just came across this thread.

If the payment is showing as pending then EE have not received this and the bank will release this back into your balance within the next few working days.

Sorry for not being clear on my last message.
