topic Placed online order. XKO not working in Orders

Hi there, I just placed an order over 30 minutes ago. The transaction is showing pending on my card but has been deducted from balance. I’m not concerned about that. I’m more concerned if you have the order? And if it was successful? It all appears to be but I can’t find anything. Then after receiving XKO I received an order still in basket email. Which was confusing. I clicked on it but nothing was there. Also the email subjects don’t add up. I got a compete order email with XKO but the subject said contact us about your order. So I did, I called and she said that the XKO takes 24 hours to work which doesn’t sound right and that she find anything. I need to know if this has gone through or I will have to order from another company as need as a matter of urgency.

Did customer service say, she could not find your order? You may have to ring up again.
