I was told the phone would be sent in the morning but have no reference or confirmation emails. I’ve checked spam and junk folders . It was iPhone 15 on flexplan

I ordered over the phone for a flex plan on a iPhone 15 signed all documents but I haven’t heard anything I didn’t pay no upfront cost . But when I ordered he said the phone would be sent out in the morning . But had no confirmation of anything

If the phone was ordered over the phone, I'm sure the order will have gone through as they would see the completed order on their screen.

When did you placed the order?

Which colour and storage size of iPhone 15 was it?

I have spoke too them today there was issue with the system for flexi plan and the person I spoke today has been very helpful , but still haven’t been able place my order yet . Have ring back Monday . But the first order the guy said it was all sorted

When I rang today he said the order hadn’t went through and he was confused too why but he has been helpful today
