I ordered a iphone 16 over the phone the lady on the phone said it be delivered tomorrow etc. I paid next day delivery. On the order tracking jt said it backordered. I like to know roughly how long it will take? I'm not really impressed I paid next day delivery and got verbally told it was coming for it not to come next day. It was ordered this week

I'm sorry to hear that the phone is going to take longer than expected; Although we don't have access to your account here in the EE Community, I can give you a general timeframe on when it should turn up.

What was the make, model, colour and memory size that you went for please?

It's an iphone 16 black 250gb

I've just had a look at our stock updates, and it's showing the iPhone 16 256gb in Black has a wait time of up to 7 days.

You'll receive an update when the device is back in stock, then you'll receive a text from the couriers giving you you a date and time window for he delivery.
