&lt;P&gt;If this has already been done previously, then the next step I'd suggest would be asking to open a complaint. From there, our team will work to get this resolved.&lt;/P&gt;

I was told that it would be chased up and that it will hopefully be sorted within a week. This is absolutely ridiculous.
