      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone yesterday and I’ve had no confirmation email, and it’s not showing up on my account? Tried online chat and they haven’t responded all day. It’s not showing up in my EE account or anything, does this mean it didn’t go through? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
