      <title>Incomplete order?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went through the process of ordering a S24 Ultra&amp;nbsp; / contract, via the EE website 4 days ago. I went through the entire process, including credit checks and initial £30 payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I advanced the process, I got a blank, unresponsive web page.... I received no email confirmation regarding the order, but the payment is marked as 'pending' by my bank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have phoned customer services several times, but gave up when placed in an 'up to' 30 minute queue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How else can I find out the status of my order?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I actually would like to back out anyway, based on this customer service experience&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
