ordered a new phone track shows phone has been dispatched but no update

ordered iphone 16 pro max on sunday checked tracking couple hours after ordering its sowing as dispatched. I'm click and collecting I've had all direct debit paper work through email a couple of hours later but nothing else

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

Once EE have dispatched your phone, then you will receive notification from them and also via the DPD app up to the evening before dispatch and then another one on the day of dispatch with a one hour window.

i have but nothing yet will dpd send it even though its going to store ?

@tommydiffey , if it is going to a store, then you are best speaking to them, I have no idea, sorry.

just checked dpd it says it was received in poole this morning at 10:55 but not received a text

If you've not had any messages but DPD are confirming it's been delivered, it's definitely worth reaching out to the store directly and they can let you know if this is ready to collect.
