      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was offered an early upgrade with the upgrade fees waived so I took up the offer. It wouldn’t let me submit swap information for my current phone but when my new phone came there was a box to send my old device back in. I am unclear whether I have to send back my old phone or not? Anybody have any idea?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
