got this price online but then talked to two sale people about it but both could not help me as soon as I went to check out the phone would change colour I sent the pictures to both members of the sales team and spend around 2 hours trying to get them to honour the price and contact best I got was you will get a call back tomorrow

Your image is currently waiting for approval so I can't see it, can you provide some details below on what the deal is for and how much it was showing as?

Are you an existing customer upgrading or adding a product, or a brand new customer?

It was a
IPhone 16 Pro Max 1024GB for £36.15
iphone 11 pro max 512GB trade in £192
unlimited essentials plus £28
total was 64.15

Have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies and have you tried via a PC and not your phone ?
