EE Shop Order Placed - 18.11.24 - No Delivery

Hi,

Just looking for some info at the moment.

I placed an order in the EE Shop on Monday 18th Nov 2024.

The e-mail confirmation states: Estimated delivery date: NA | Delivery Method - DPD: Standard Delivery
The e-mail confirmation also states: What happens next - We'll contact you when your order is confirmed and on the way.
Within the account, it says: DPD - Two Day Standard
There has been no further update since I ordered on Monday.
It was an early Black Friday deal.
If there's going to be an issue, I don't want to miss out on getting the product from somewhere else's Black Friday deals.

How long would it normally take from EE Shop?

I can't enquire within the EE Site because it seems to only relate to SIM's, Phones or Broadband.

What was it you had ordered?

Does the order number start with XKO, EE or SOO? (Please don't put the full order number here).

I have seen that they are now showing out of stock if it was the black version.

The best thing I can suggest would be to speak to our Electronics team so they can look at the order, and stock, and change it if there are going to be any delays.
