      <title>EE Shop Order Placed - 18.11.24 - No Delivery</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just looking for some info at the moment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed an order in the EE Shop on Monday 18th Nov 2024.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The e-mail confirmation states:&amp;nbsp;Estimated delivery date: NA |&amp;nbsp;Delivery Method -&amp;nbsp;DPD: Standard Delivery&lt;BR /&gt;The e-mail confirmation also states:&amp;nbsp;What happens next -&amp;nbsp;We'll contact you when your order is confirmed and on the way.&lt;BR /&gt;Within the account, it says:&amp;nbsp;DPD - Two Day Standard&lt;BR /&gt;There has been no further update since I ordered on Monday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It was an early Black Friday deal.&lt;BR /&gt;If there's going to be an issue, I don't want to miss out on getting the product from somewhere else's Black Friday deals.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long would it normally take from EE Shop?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't enquire within the EE Site because it seems to only relate to SIM's, Phones or Broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have seen that they are now showing out of stock if it was the black version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The best thing I can suggest would be to speak to our Electronics team so they can look at the order, and stock, and change it if there are going to be any delays.&lt;/P&gt;
