Account showing orders I have not made

Further to the recent scam attempt (fully reported) I have checked my account and found orders for a phone, broadband and a sim. I have not ordered these and have no order numbers or emails about deliveries. There seems to be no option to cancel these orders.

@Hatfield191 Is that for fix broadband? If it is you need to go to the police and report this, it’s fraud and EE have an address that can be given to the police.
