@hykwei this is a public forum not customer support no one here knows who you are or what you have ordered you will need to call customer support about this

I was actually the EE customer support who asked me to raise the question here, as for some reason they cannot track any order with order number starting with EE-XXXXXXXX.

I was hoping someone in this forum can provide a better way to track my order?

Welcome to the community.

We dont have access to your account to be able to check your order here on the community, but I can take a look at the stock to see if there is an expected dispatch time scale.

Which model of phone, including colour and storage size, did you order?

Thanks for getting back to me. I ordered a Google Pixel 8a, 256GB (Obsidian or any other colour).

Tried to contact customer support but they don't seem to be able to access purchased record with reference starting with EE-*********.

It looks like this is an order through the EE Electronics site. If you call this number, they'll be able to confirm it and check the delivery timescales for you: 0800 079 0062.
