How to cancel headphones order

Hi,

I understand I can't cancel the order now as it's already been dispatched, but how do I cancel it once it arrives, or arrange a return. I haven't been able to find any information regarding this, or how/where to request it.

Did you purchase the headphones from the EE Store and pay for them in full?

Or, have you added the headphones to your pay monthly account and paying monthly?

I paid with finance and there was a lump sum I had to pay upfront.

@Hamrang The easiest way to return this is to refuse delivery. The product will be returned back to EE and once it’s been processed as a return you’ll be refunded around 7 days later. DPD might try to redeliver it the next day but just refuse it again.

Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, they've arrived earlier today before I saw this.
