Device return - can I take this to store?

Hi,

i need your assistance in returning the device. I have received packing bags from EE. But where did i post them. Secondly is it possible to return the device to EE shop or outlet. I have one in my town.

@Safeerahmad444 The simple answer is NO, the shop will not be interested in taking the returned items, put them in the bag, note what you are returning to EE, take a picture, seal the bag and take it to the post office, GET the receipt from them and KEEP that as proof of posting back to EE, the receipt will have a tracking number on it, and if you wish you can track it back to EE so you do know it was delivered to them... It can save you problems down the line but it is up to you.👌

Everything @JimM11 has mentioned here is spot on, and it's definitely best to follow our regular returns process and go for a tracked option here.

Just to be sure, did the returns pack you received have the returns address labelled on it?
