Please forgive the lengthy diatribe... I'm frustrated but I'll provide the background.

05/11 my BT TV box died (no Factory Reset working)

06/11 contacted BT to request a new one... got the pitch about EE and as it BT becoming EE agreed

07/11 Delivery of 3 elements (Smart WIFI Plus, Hybrid Connect and Smart Hub SH51B). I was expecting 2 (Hub and TV box). loss of mobile signal

08/11 Loss of landline. So entered the interminable and entirely fruitless loop of trying both BT and EE web pages to try and get someone to sort this muddle. Gave up. Decided just to cancel the order... and merely subjected myself to more pointless circles of web page after web page.

With no landline or mobile signal this has gone completely FUBAR.... HELP!!!!

Hi @PJM52

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your services.

Is your mobile phone with EE? Have you tried restarting it and checking the service status for your area? Once you can get some phone signal, it'll be easier to get in touch with our technical support team so that they can look into your broadband account to find out what is happening.

Chris
