Ordered mine on the 26th and got a notification from DPD today to be delivered tomorrow.

So I called customer services who said it would be delivered Thursday or Friday but nothing came and no texts can someone please tell me what’s happened with my order pleaser

Good morning @MrWolfman, I'm glad to hear you managed to get in touch with customer service about this, even if it's not arrived as quickly as anticipated.

Like @Chris_B mentioned we don't have any access to your account via these forums, so I'm afraid it's not something we're able to check directly.

I can still give you a bit of general guidance around things though, what colour and storage version is it you've gone for here?

Also have you heard anything via text from DPD?

I've checked our guidance around deliveries for this model, and at the point you placed your order we estimated a 14 day wait for deliveries.

This estimate has now been brought forwards to 7 days though, so I'm confident this will be with you really soon!
