&lt;P&gt;We don't have access to accounts here in the Community, but if you speak to one of our guides, they'll be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can chat to a guide via your My EE account, if you log into your account your My EE account, then select&lt;STRONG&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;'Help' on the tab at the bottom, you will then see the option to message us.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you pop into one of our stores, a store guide can issue a sim there and then for you.&lt;/P&gt;
