Can't claim Pixel Buds

Morning,

When I decided to purchase the Pixel 8 Pro (End of October) the website was advertising that I could claim the Pixel Buds, now it has been two weeks so I went online to claim them.

When I do it tells me I purchased them too late and now cannot claim yet I still have an order in my emails that clearly shows the Pixel buds on. Why were these advertised to claim when I purchased then taken away? One of the reasons I chose this model was for the earbuds, now I cannot have them?

The message I get from google website -

Unfortunately, you haven't selected an eligible purchase date. You must have made your purchase from 2 August 2024 - 30 September 2024 and submitted a claim within 14-45 days from your purchase date. For more information, check our Terms.

Welcome to the community.

You definitely can claim the free Google Pixel Buds Pro, I think it may just be a previous offer that you are looking at.

If you head over to the October Google claim page, you can make a claim for purchases made from 8th October to 5th November 2024.
