I ordered a new mobile phone over the phone on Saturday 2nd of October. Samsung 24. I haven't had any messages nor can I track my order as no reference order. I should of arrived today but haven't received any messages or text regarding this order.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue if tracking is not working.
