I have order New Iphone 16 pro in 128gb on 21 october but still i dont receive my phone i dont have any update about my mobile phone i want to know where is my mobile phone and when i receive my phone.

@anwarulhaq0044 I recommend you call customer support about this as it sounds like your order didn’t actually go through. The is only a 1 day waiting for each of the 4 colours available.

i can call the support team and the voicemail say hold on 20minutes i can hold but there is no response still in a the some songs are playing.

@anwarulhaq0044 , we have no access to accounts here, it also depends on whether there are others before you and whether it is in stock, as to when you will receive it.

I ordered the pro max end of September and only received it last Wednesday.

I can understand you'll want to get your hands on your new phone. As my colleagues have mentioned in previous posts, it does sound the order many not have gone through.

Did you manage to speak to our team over the phone? They will be best placed to check the order for you.

I appreciate they may be busy at times, but you will just need to wait to speak to someone.
