When will I receive my iPhone 16 pro max?

I order mine on the 19yh September but said its in the pre order stage. Nothing been said on when it will be dispatched or shipped. Would love to know how long I have to wait on it. Any help from EE would be greatly appreciated.

It’s a 1tb black edition. Brought it through telephone upgrade sales. Paid £300 for the upgrade.

Same here, ordered 16 pro max 256 gb desert titanium on 20th of September. Since then no any email or messages. I am not even aware , if i am getting my phone. I upgraded through phone call.

I order an iphone 16 pro max black its says its been dispatched since the 27/10/2024 ive been waiting with no updates from ee how long do i have to wait ? As ive got no phone now until this one comes.

Thanks for coming to the community.

When the phone is on the way, you'd get a text from DPD with the tracking details. Alternatively if you have the DPD app, you will get a notification in the app.

If you have no phone to receive the text or use the app, you can call our customer service guides from any other phone, and they can check the order to see if there is a tracking number.
