Ordered an iPhone 16 pro max white two weeks ago and the order has been sitting on dispatched for a week and a half but no date of delivery no updates other than that why is this and what’s the point of updates if it doesn’t tell you anything

Hi,

It was the iPhone 16 pro max white titanium 256 gb

No plan hasn’t changed yet in account

The current guidance for this model is usually dispatched within 21 days.

Once the order has been dispatched the plan will be updated in your EE account and DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery.
