PSVR2 order update

I ordered a PSVR2 on October 25th, received the confirmation order yet have no further updates regarding the delivery. I have tried checking my order status but nothing shows up. The original email I received states I will receive text updates and also an email with a link to track my order yet I've had nothing. It is now almost a full working week since my order, could anyone help me out please as I am really hoping this item arrives asap as if not, I will need to order elsewhere as it is a birthday gift.

Thanks for your reply but I have already been through all of those and I have got nowhere. I'll ring EE and hopefully they can advise me on my order.
