&lt;P&gt;Confirmation usually sent by email, but you'll get a text from the couriers to let you know the time and date of your delivery when your order has been passed to them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend giving us a call so that you can get some clarity on your order status, you'd just need to give us a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;
