Hello.

I ordered my iPhone 16 pro max 256gb desert titanium on the 8/10/24. It keeps saying awaiting confirmation and on track. Does anybody know when I’ll actually receive it or what the estimated time is as I’ve been with EE for nearly 10 years and there is no incentive for me to stay… I pay more than some new customers, there’s no loyalty bonus etc

@Bxnny Regardless of how long you’ve been with EE you’ll not receive the device before others who have ordered before you and are still waiting for the same model type you ordered.

Hi @Bxnny,

Welcome to the EE Community

With that model and the date you ordered, the guidance at the time was to expect dispatch within 28 days of order, so it is still within the expected timescales at the moment, so hopefully should be soon. As of today the oldest unfulfilled back order we have for that model is from 1st October.
