iPhone 16 preordered and still waiting

Hi guys I preordered my iPhone 16 pro max 1tb desert titanium on the 26th of September and was told it would take 28 days to receive it. 33 days later and the tracking only says it will be coming soon.

is anybody else still waiting or do you already have your phone?

Welcome to the EE Community

I appreciate a long wait can be frustrating, I am sorry you were previously told it would come within 28 days as checking the guidance for your model and date of order the guidance was to expect dispatch in more than 28 days. For that model the oldest back order currently unfulfilled is from 24th September, so I would expect it to not be much longer for your order.

I ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Desert Titanium and was told within 21 days ( which was yesterday ) would you no where they are upto on that pre order fulfilment?

Hi @Jemma85 Great choice of phone there, the iPhone16 Pro Max is a amazing phone 🙂

When did you order your device? It's currently showing around 14 days for those phones to be dispatched.

It’s was the 9th October and was saying within 21 days when I ordered

The current wait time when you order the device is 14 days, however, we may still need around 21 days to fulfil your order.

It looks like today is the 21st day, so I can understand why you'd be concerned.

The wait time is an estimate, and may fluctuate, but I want to make sure that you get some clarity or your order.

I'd recommend giving us a call so that one of our guides can get this investigated, you can speak to a guide by dialling 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other device.

Thank you for replying ☺️ I can’t be doing with calling I’ve spent hours on the phone to EE over my sons game pass we should of got 3 months ago with the Xbox and it’s still not sorted so I don’t want to call Incase I get frustrated with the call handler ( next it’s not their fault ) I just need to be patient and wait for my DPD text 🤣
