EE are the supplier Apple are the one who produce the device and their own site says 3-4 weeks for a pro max. You'll just have to wait.

Thanks

I'm sorry but what is it with a multi-million pound company that makes massive orders that they can't turn around and actually give an estimated date of when they will have a product in it's not rocket science, To just state to somebody more than 28 days is not a timescale more than 28 days is 5 years, Can't see how hard is for you to ring you're manufacturers and ask them when you should expect delivery of said item

Apologies for Northerners rather rude response.

Mobile Phone suppliers work on what’s called an allocation basis. The retailer (in this case EE) places an order but the supplier/distributor then tells them how many they will get and an estimated lead time. When a phone is new the supplier/distributor can change this estimate.

So it’s unlikely that EE will be able to give you a date other than the estimate.
