This is a problem with the My EE app. It’s shows an order being prepared but if you click on Track there isn’t one. I’ve reported it a few times in the chat. They’ve been very good and explained there is no order and have escalated the situation.</P><P>But the bug still remains months later. I don’t know why they can’t fix it.
