Are you able to track your order using the online order tracker here My EE - Order Form ?

We have no account access through these forums to check your specific order, though if you let me know the memory size and colour you selected I can advise of the latest guidance on timescales.

@Casey30 At the time of your order the expected timescale was to expect dispatch in more than 28 days, it did update to orders from 7th Oct being within 28 days. So within 28 days of the 7th Oct should be the latest for your order. You will be notified by text when DPD do pick up the phone.
