I’m waiting on a delivery day. I haven’t received it yet. I was wondering if you could pick up your new phone if it’s in stock in the EE shop.

You'd not be able to pick up an order in store if it was made online or over the phone.

When was it you placed the order?

Which colour and storage size did you go for?

I ordered it about three weeks ago. I have the tracking number, but it’s saying no date. On DPD app

have they got anything inStock and does it take longer than 28 days to receive it?

I can see @Linzi_H has responded to you on this thread.

Just to confirm, if you placed your order 3 weeks ago the expected dispatch timeframe is more than 28 days for delivery for the iPhone 16 Pro Max, 1TB in Desert Titanium.
If you keep an eye on the DPD app, you will see updates once stock is assigned to your order.

I received another email. This is the third email I’ve got and still not update from DPD. I’ve been waiting at least 21 days. It’s poor customer service

Thanks for coming back to us.

As advised previously when you placed the order the expected dispatch time was more than 28 days.

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email advising the order is on it's way to you.

Apple - iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB Desert Titanium
I ordered this about three weeks ago on the phone. I got told it will be with me on the 28th and it’s still not with me. I’ve been waiting over three weeks. Is there any update on your stocks? How long would this take? I will give it to Friday if not, I will be calling into Cancel it And asked for a refund back all I have is my tracking number and it’s still not saying nothing on the app still waiting for a delivery date

I’m in the same position as you bro, i ordered mine on the 29th of september, and still no updates on when my order will be delivered to me.

I can see you've posted in a few other threads about this already, and my colleagues have advised that we were estimating a wait time of around 28 days at the point you ordered your handset.

We'll always aim to get this to you as soon as we can, so please keep an eye on your texts and we'll let you know when this is dispatched and with DPD.
