Hi @Red5standingby

Welcome to the EE Community

You can certainly contact Customer Care to cancel the order you have placed and make a new order with the guide for the colour that you want. It's worth considering if it means receiving the watch a lot sooner.

The billing for the plan only begins once the device has actually been shipped, so you'll not be charged for something you don't yet have.

Ali

Change order

So, following on from a previous post a week or so ago:

I upgraded my watch contract to an ultra 2 black with Milanese strap. Obviously, like pretty much everyone else, I am still waiting for it to arrive and I’ve seen it could still be over 28 days (correct if wrong).

im not overly bothered about the strap and have noticed I could get a black ultra 2 with a large alpine loop strap within the next couple of days.

I think it’s now 31 or 32 days since I placed my upgrade (and paid an early upgrade fee - does this mean I’ll be charged line rental for something I don’t have?) but wondered because it’s still not sent and not likely to soon, could I cancel that order and order the other or make an amendment to the original order?

cheers
