Hi I placed an upgrade order on the 2nd October. The tracking says dispatched but i have not received anything from DPD to say the order is on its way.

ive had no communication from EE apart from the thank you for my order email.

@TomG86 What model spec ? Storage ? Colour? As the waiting time is between 21 to over 28 days depending on what you actually ordered. And it was over 28 days waiting on that date when you ordered.

I ordered a iPhone 16 pro max 1TB natural titanium and was told expect any time up to 28 days . It’s usually that way when Apple release a new model - bit annoying but I think if your separate the iPhone 16 with the 2 cameras is avaliable quicker but to me it just looks like a 12 - pro max little wait but I’m hoping it’s worth it
