Hi,

I have placed an order just now for for Iphone 16 pro max 1TB Pay as you go. From my bank 30£ has been taken but there is no any information regardig an order details. i have checked my spam folder in email but there is nothing.

@Naimish EE don’t sell that device on PAYG if they did you’ll have to purchase the device outright first at £1734.66 as that’s what it costs on contract. But have you checked your spam folder ? When did you order this ?

That was a 36moths pf contaract with 72.35£ per month and upfront of 30£. Tranc has been gon through but i did not get any mail regarding order number or id. or a proof of purch

If the £30 has been taken, the order must be being processed. Have you checked your spam/junk folder? If you'd like someone to confirm your order, I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team.

If you have paid the £30 the order has been accepted. You should receive an email soon.

Please note there is currently no stock so delivery can take anywhere from 28 days + to be delivered.

Hi @Leanne_T I’ve got a little question. If I add an additional phone to my account and this was done on Friday , when should I expect it to be processed ?

I placed an order for an iPhone 16 pro max yesterday and all I’ve gotten is the order confirmation email with the tracking starting xko. Do I wait until Monday before it’s processed?

I placed an order for an iPhone 16promax yesterday and all I got was the confirmation email with tracking number starting xko but that tracking doesn’t work on the order form. Should I just wait until Monday for it to process ?

Order processing may depend on stock levels. Which Colour and memory version 16 Pro Max did you order?
