iPhone 16 pro max not arrived

Hi I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max on the 24th of sep in natural titanium 256gb and I am wondering if anyone on here has actually received there order or when the estimated date is that they will get more stock!

@Robbieh69 as you ordered after the release date and with preorders taking priority of any orders after release day you’ll be waiting over 28 days as that’s the current time frame if you order that spec now. What EE receive in will be dispatched to those who ordered before you so unfortunately you’ll have to wait until that model spec can be allocated to you because you’re next in the queue for that device spec.

EE only have stock once it says delivery is usually 24h. At present what EE receive in will only be for current orders and then it’s dispatched to you on the position you are in the queue.

It went to over 28 days on release day and as you ordered on the 25th you’ll hopefully get it just after the 23rd but over 28 days is anyone’s guess on when you’ll actually get it .

Do you have any idea how long I should be waiting? I ordered at 2pm on 13th September (pre order day) a white 512gb iPhone 16 pro max and still can’t get any update off anyone and am still waiting after nearly a month when I ordered barely over an hour after pre orders started

The timescale for this device is to expect delivery within 28 days.

I ordered same spec phone same date, just got an email today saying dispatched and DPD email confirming to say they’re waiting to pick it up. Let’s see when it’s delivered now

It’s not out yet…so basically you’ve just pre ordered so you should get it by next month November….but depends.

Is this still the case as my order says dispatched but has no estimate date and no news of DPD, ordered mine the 17th with it saying 3-5 working days delivery.

No I am unable to search my home address through DPD only able to track off a tracking number but have not received one, my we account has said dispatched since the 18th October, I looked at the we store again and it says to be expected within 28 days so I feel like when I ordered the website wasn’t updated to the right expectation period.

Thanks for checking that @T8toe, I'm sorry it didn't shed any light on your delivery.

If the phone had been dispatched, I would have expected you to have some correspondence from DPD and your plan would have changed on your online account.

If a timescale changes, we update the website to reflect this but any previous orders should still be within the timescales at point of purchase. Since that seems to have passed, I'd recommend getting in touch with one of our guides to check this.
