      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered a smart watch from yourselves as an add on with my payment plan for a phone I recently ordered, however the only email I have received is the confirmation email with my order number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However when I try using this tracking number it says it's either invalid or the system has timed out, I have tried doing this on multiple devices to ensure it wasn't me and it still doesn't work, how would I check to see what stage my order is at, as I don't know when or how to expect this order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered this device on 08/10/2024&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The item was a Google pixel watch 2- wifi in black, I can't remember the size of the watch as it does not state on the confirmation email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to track the item I am using the number given in the confirmation email which starts with xko&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
