I'm trying to contact EE, because it's been a week since I ordered a phone. Every time I track the order it says that it's timed out.

It's Samsung 23 fe, cream 128gb

I ordered it Tuesday.

Thanks for confirming the handset you ordered.

Looking at the stock details, I can see we have Samsung S23 FE 128GB Cream in stock and available.

For this I'd recommend contacting Customer Care team who can check the status of your order.

If you haven't done so already I would be worth downloading the DPD app so as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the delivery tracking details.
