Welcome to the community.

You can claim the free Chromebook once you have had your Samsung S24 for 14 days by heading over to the Samsung claim page and entering all of the details.

I filled in all the details to claim the chrome book and received a reference number

Tried tracking my claim as it’s been around 3 weeks and it doesn’t let me

I tried phoning the number and it’s saying it’s not a recognised number and doesn’t ring

and they don’t reply to emails

Just to be sure here, is it https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/chromebookgoGWP that you headed to for submitting your claim, making sure to select the UK option?

Also when was it you received your phone originally?

When you go to the claim page and click the "submit a claim" link. It brings you to a page that says "claim page close"?? Any advice please?

If you purchased an eligible device between 18 December 2024 - 16 January 2025, you would need to claim for the gift on the samsungoffers.claims/sam/newyearoffers page.

You need photo of proof of purchase and the IMEI number from your phone (you get by dialing *#06#. Just take a screenshot. I ordered my phone online so used the delivery invoice and my claim was accepted within 2 minutes. Good luck
