When I try to track the shipment, I keep seeing the message "Your tracking timed out."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please help me check whether the SIM card has been returned or lost in transit? Additionally, I would like to know if it is possible to either receive a new SIM card or get a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4567067"&gt;@kuri1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; sim cards are sent out second-class Royal mail so you can’t track them but you should’ve had this by now. You will need to call customer support about this. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
