Airpods taken back to EE?

I placed an order for airpods which will be added onto muy monthly mobile bill.

DPD attempted a deliver early saturday morning hwilst i was asleep which i unfortunately missed.

DPD tracker now says that they are on their way back to EE.

Is anyone able to help me find out when I will recivee these?

Thanks for coming to the community.

If DPD have marked the delivery to come back to EE, we'd not be able to change it to come out to you again.

When they are back in our warehouse and have been processed, you'll usually get a text to let you know they have been received back, and you can place the order again.

hello,

I spoke with dpd and they said that ee had not provided the correct details
to process the return.

i then received a text saying the tech bundle payment is now complete
however i cannot replace the order on the website.

I am very confused and getting a bit agitated.

Can someone please help.

It sounds like your EE account has been updated after receiving that text.

If you are unable to process this online then it would be best to give us a call.
