Hi,

I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max a few days ago while the website said delivery will be 1-3 days. Since then my order still says ‘order confirmed’ 3 days later. Just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same or can provide abit of info to when it would be delivered?

You'll need to keep checking the order tracker. When your order is due DPD will text you. You should download the DPD app as well.

Hi,

ordered my 16 Pro Max on 26/09, mine also still says it’s dispatched etc when it hasn’t been. I know that there has been a stock issue and they are getting delivered on a first come first served basis so it’s just a case of waiting till your turn comes around. I contacted EE and spoke with an operator to confirm that the order had gone through as I wasn’t getting any updates after a few days, they told me it had and that it’s basically a waiting game. Sucks I know, I’ve been with EE a long time now (T-Mobile was when I got this number), that being said, you’ll just have to keep checking for updates but do speak with someone to clarify that the order has gone through as some have had trouble with this. Also download the DPD App and they will message you regarding any orders that are due to be delivered to you.

You can speak to customer Service Sales Team calling 150 from your phone or by calling 0800 956 6000.
you'll also get the option of a visual chat with an operator, live chat basically.

i ordered mine 21/09, as did my boyfriend. his arrived the other day, where as mine still says delivery: awaiting confirmation. i recieved an update yesterday saying

Good news. Your order is coming soon

but still no further with a timescale of when

Mine says the same - it is so frustrating - I ordered on 20/09 its an upgrade. I have been with EE since it was Orange. Don't remember it being this bad previously. Must be stock shortage.

I had a look while getting ready for work.

So just in the colour etc that I’ve ordered it says there’s more than 50 in stock! So I’m now wondering why I’m still waiting to receive my order that was made in September.
Getting impatient now 😂😂
