How long will it take before I get my new phone? Ordered it on 23rd September and it still says awaiting confirmation for delivery date. So annoying that there isn’t any more info 🤬

The current estimate for new orders of that specific model is to 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. DPD will be in contact with you when it is ready to be delivered.

With this model expected dispatch is within more than 28 days for all new orders.

All orders are sent on a first come first served basis @Lee3057, so hopefully you'll not have too much longer to wait.

Once stock is allocated to your order we will update you, and then DPD will send further updates about your delivery.

If you haven't already, I'd suggest downloading the DPD app as it's really handy to keep an eye on things.

What are the stock levels for the iPhone 16 Pro 512GB, in White Titanium please? I understand the newer models are in demand but I shouldn’t have been told next day delivery if it clearly isn’t. And I also shouldn’t have to pay an additional fee on next payment date if I haven’t received the phone yet.

Looking at the stock details, any iPhone 16 Pro 5G 512GB White Titanium ordered from today are expected to be dispatched within 7 days.

The billing for the new plan only begins once the device is dispatched.

I ordered Monday 30th September, so would that mean it will be dispatched this coming Monday?

I just don’t want to pay for my additional bill on my contract if I haven’t received the phone.

Any orders for iPhone 16 Pro 5G 512GB White Titanium placed after 16:48 on Mon, 30 Sep, 2024 had a guidance of expected dispatch within 14 days.

The iPhone 16 Pro Desert Titanium 256GB is around 3 days for dispatch currently so it may be quicker than the equivalent Pro Max version.

If you would like to discuss options of changing to another model, you can give our team a call on 150 and they can check that for you.
