Hi i just got my upgrade and have tried to claim the free chromebook but i grt as far as page 7 for the online claim and then the page is empty and i can not finish the claim. Can anyone advise me what to do please???

Was it the Samsung promotion? If so, are you claiming here on the Samsung claims portal?

Could you try doing it on a different device or browser please?

I have tried on 2 different browsers but will try on a new device soon.
