Hi I ordered a ps5 as an add on and it appeared to be successful as the 20 pound deposit was taken and i received a XKO order number.

Just i cannot see any updates on my account, no add ons added to the phone number and nothing on DPD.

Do u think this order has gone through as past ordering via EE has been very quick and the lack of information apart from the XKO number is concerning.

Any help or advice will be greatly welcomed.

If you have had the XKO number, it means that the order has gone through on the website.

When was it you placed the order for the PS5?

Hi Michael.

I ordered the PS5 on Tuesday morning, typically i received an email after i posted earlier saying that the PS5 will be delivered in 14 days.

Do you know whether this is normally a rough estimated time just when i placed the order i was quoted 2-3 days.

I'm glad to hear you have heard something @Craigyb78.

I couldn't say for sure when it would be with you in the latest email said 14 days. It may be sooner than that but when it is on the way you'll get a text from DPD with the delivery date and time slot.
