Cant track delivery or get any reply from EE as to why?

Cant track delivery or get any reply from EE as to why? Was to be a present for my daughters birthday tomorrow! No communications since order date 19th September 2024.

Just wondered if anyone else was having same issue?

I am sorry you have not received any delivery date especially as this was a present for your daughter today.

Could I just check which device did you order including memory size and colour?

Also how did you place the order, over the phone, online or in store?

I really hope your daughter has a lovely birthday.

Thank you but I have finally spoken to. Team Leader from EE today, product
was returned to yourselves by courier, not delivered to myself.

Daughter upset on her birthday, and doesn't want it now anyway. Will sort a
different product elsewhere now.
