Unordered m1 clean and protect

Hi,

This morning ee have delivered 2 m1 clean and protect kits that i haven't ordered from them via dpd.

I did upgrade my watch and phone approx a month ago but did not order these.

Does anyone know why?

Great to hear you have recently ordered a watch and phone with us. With our recent plans, when taking a device on contract with one our plans you will receive a free minute one protect bundle with it as part of our device care extras.

With EE device care extra we also offer an extended warranty, so that your device is covered for faults whilst you remain on your plan.

So its nothing to worry about, just a free minute one bundle as a benefit of buying the device directly with ourselves
